Signet Workflow is a Washington, D.C. metro firm built by people who run real businesses and put these tools to work in their own companies first. We are not consultants who read about AI — we are operators who use it every day.
Why we started this
Small business owners are surrounded by noise about artificial intelligence and starved of plain answers. Enterprise vendors are not interested in deals their size, and the advice that does reach them is either too technical to use or too vague to act on. We saw the gap from the inside, because we lived it in our own businesses before we ever offered to help anyone else.
What a signet stands for
A signet is a seal — the mark once pressed into wax to show a document was genuine and could be trusted. We chose the name on purpose. Our work carries our mark, and our mark means it is done right and stands behind us.
The team
Four owners. One standard.

James “Tuck” Tucker
Founder & CEO
Roughly thirty years across project management and company development — spanning property management, mortgage and finance, and construction. Owner and CEO of Tuck GC, and the operator who first put these tools to work in his own business.
Paulo Nicolau
Chief Financial Officer
Owner of JP Companies, with a twenty-year history operating his own concrete business. Paulo leads the financial side of Signet Workflow and has applied AI directly inside his own company.
Brian Kaitz
Chief Technology Officer
Owner of Impact Roofing, with twenty years in construction and business management. Brian leads the technical side of Signet Workflow and has used AI hands-on to streamline his own operations.
Ronnie Cooper
Chief Operating Officer
Served in the U.S. Army before a long career in information technology with the federal government, retiring from the U.S. Forest Service. Ronnie runs a private consulting practice supporting networking and systems for mid-sized business platforms, and leads operations and on-site implementation for Signet Workflow.
